Returns and Refunds
We accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
- Due to the natural and handmade nature of our products, hygiene and safety are paramount; therefore, products that show signs of use cannot be refunded or exchanged.
How to Request a Refund
If you wish to request a refund, please contact us within the 14-day window at novqani@wshu.net or call us on 0151 222 8335. Include your order number and details about the item you would like to return.
Once we receive your request, we will review it and provide instructions on how to return the item. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method via PayPal within 7-14 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Non-Refundable Items
- Items that have been used or opened for hygiene reasons.
- Items returned after the 14-day return period.
- Products damaged due to improper handling or storage by the customer.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped by contacting us promptly via email at novqani@wshu.net or phone at 0151 222 8335. Once the item has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible; however, you may initiate a return in accordance with this policy.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
