Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date the order is placed and payment is successfully confirmed through PayPal. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated during the purchase process.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We currently ship products only within the United Kingdom. Upon processing your order, we will dispatch it via trusted courier services to ensure swift and secure delivery. Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

Please be aware that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control including postal service delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. Lost or Damaged Shipments

novqani takes great care to package all products securely. However, in the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. Provide your order details and any supporting documentation or photos of damage to novqani@wshu.net. We will investigate and work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

International Shipping

At present, novqani ships exclusively within the United Kingdom. We are continuously exploring opportunities to expand our delivery services internationally and will update our customers accordingly.

Customs, Taxes, and Import Duties

For orders shipped within the United Kingdom, all applicable customs fees, taxes, and import duties are included in your purchase price and shipping fees. Customers are responsible for any additional taxes or fees if shipping internationally once such options become available.
